What is parkinsonism
Simple definition : It is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder due reduced dopaminergic activity in the brain.
PATHOPHYSIOLOGY Degeneration of dopaminergic neurones within substantia -nigra resulting in loss of dopaminergic activity and Increased cholinergic activity
